Artwork Requirements

Existing EmbroidMe New Zealand Customers

EmbroidMe offers all customers an artwork archiving service for all completed jobs. For repeat embroidery orders there is no setup charge. However if changes are made to the design or size a new setup charge will apply as a new stitch file has to be digitised. Repeat set up charges may apply to screen printing and promotional products.

New Artwork

All new artwork will need to be digitised and an output file created to enable its use on the computerised equipment. The charge for this will depend on the complexity of the logo and the intended output - embroidery, screen printing or heat transfer.

File Delivery

Email (5mb or smaller), CD, DVD, USB Flash Drive

File Formats

Please ensure digital files are of sufficient quality (web quality is generally too low).

Bitmap files (made up of pixels) should be high resolution jpg or pdf format.

Vector files (text and line art made of lines and points rather than pixels) should be eps or pdf.

Scanning

EmbroidMe can scan artwork or photos up to A4 in size. Larger artwork that will need to be scanned or camera copied externally can incur additional charges.

Colour Matching

If colour matching is critical, please provide PMS colours and/or a colour accurate proof.
