Hi, my name is Philip and I am the proud owner of EmbroidMe Manukau. I have been involved in a number or businesses throughout my working career and have always been focused on quality. Quality of product and customer service is what drives me. I have a passion for helping people and really enjoy the different types of work we get to do with customers branded uniforms and promotional products. I started EmbroidMe Manukau in November 2016 and have really enjoyed this industry as you get to see some pretty cool logos, designs and messages that people want to use to market themselves or their businesses. Sheena is a great asset to EmbroidMe Manukau and loves to help customers get what they need. She pretty much answers all the incoming emails, phone calls and is usually the first to greet customers as the come in to our showroom. If our customers know exactly what they need then Sheena will get them sorted quick smart and if they aren't quite sure, then she will walk them through all the available options. Sheena is passionate about good quality customer service and just loves helping people.
Robyn is our Machinist extraordinaire and she is the heart of our Production Room. Robyn loves everything apparel and fashion. Robyn is responsible for everything from checking in items coming from our suppliers all the way through the production process to packing the finished orders. Every now and again we will get her out to the front counter to give us her expert advise on what can be done with various tricky jobs. She is amazing and just loves to help.
